Well, we’ve finally arrived at the NFL Value Index’s end date. The final installment of this season-long player picks series comes to fruition with the NFL playoffs – Divisional Round.

This week’s slate sets up to be one hell of a weekend for playoff football. Three out of the four games look to be close with the outcome up in the air. I don’t want to say you can throw out the Pats/Texans game completely, this is the playoffs after all and Houston will at least try its hardest, especially since no one gives them a chance to win (16-point underdogs).

The marquee matchup looks to be Green Bay and Dallas, the final game of the slate and the Divisional round on Sunday afternoon. My picks center around that game, and no not just because i am a Cowboys’ fan.

Before we get to the picks, thanks to everyone who decided to click on this write up each week either the free version or the premium version. I appreciate you taking the time to choose me as someone you use as a reference. Please continue to check out future installments with my byline and you are always welcome to generate a conversation with me on Twitter @hotdog_phingers.

Now, without further adieu, my final DFS football selections of the NFL season. Good luck everyone!

Quarterback

Dak Prescott – Cowboys – vs. Green Bay Packers – $6,000

Analysis: I am surprised Dak isn’t higher priced this week, but he’s a major value play this week with his counterpart priced into the $8K range and some big, bad running backs and receivers to choose from. During its 7-game winning streak, the Packers’ secondary has faced the likes of Matt Barkley, Sam Bradford, Carson Wentz, Matthew Stafford, Russel Wilson, Eli Manning and Brock Osweiler. Outside of a career-low performance by Russel Wilson (5 INT game), the Packers defense has been getting torched by opposing QBs, even in blowouts. In those 7 games, QBs have 2,086 yards and 11 TDs. QBs have thrown 11 picks, too, but 8 of those came in two games against Wilson and Barkley. Prescott has averaged close to 20 DK fantasy points per game this season and looks primed to reach value once again in a potential shootout at a cheap price.
